 “How long will it take to get my order?”

  • We currently offer Australia Post both domestically and internationally to the United States and the rest of the world.
  • We try our best to ship within 48 hours! A shipping confirmation will be automatically emailed once your order has been processed. 
  • Our design studio is located in Sydney, Australia and order fulfillment will be within 1-3 business days. 
  • Estimated delivery timeframes once dispatched:
    • Domestic: 3-7 business days
    • International Standard: 10-25 business days
    • International Express: 5-10 business days

“When will I see tracking information?”

  • Please kindly note that our complimentary shipping option does not come with available tracking, this is so that we can continue to offer our products to our fans at the most competitive price. 
  • If you have upgraded your shipping to tracked parcel post, relevant tracking information will be added to your order status page within 48 hours of shipping. 

“My order shipped but I never got my package…”

  • Don’t worry! Due to the current pandemic environment parcels are taking slightly longer to be delivered. Rest assured our delivery partners are working hard to ensure that your parcel will be delivered as soon as possible.

“I changed my mind… Can I cancel my order?”

  • We work really hard to ship your order as quickly as we get it, making it even harder to cancel before it ships. Please double-check your shopping cart and info before checking out. If you’re still sure you want to cancel the order you can follow our returns policy for a refund for anything that meets our return guidelines.

“My address is incorrect; can I change it?”

  • Once an order ships, we’re unable to change its destination so please ensure all address information is correct along with any APT, unit, or suite numbers. If you still need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible with the right info, and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

“I accidentally ordered the wrong size; can you change it for me?”

  • Unfortunately, we can't make any size changes to items after an order is placed. Try double-checking the sizing info before checking out! If a size change is still needed, follow our returns policy so we can get you an exchange or refund.
