Super cool product, non existent customer service

I ordered this for my boyfriend for his birthday, luckily months ahead of time because turns out it takes a few months to receive your order. I also emailed customer service like 10x asking for an update of any kind and never got any response. Rip. BUT, eventually it did arrive.

The product itself is soooo cool. My boyfriend LOVES it. He loves to pay when we go out to eat even more now because normally the server will say something or compliment it lmao. Overall 5 star quality/product. 0 star customer service. But if you can handle the stress of waiting so long with the radio silence, then I highly recommend lol.
